Hi, I’m Jan Kozák.

I work as a software engineer, mostly on embedded Linux and bare metal real time applications.

This blog gives me space to write — and writing forces me to actually understand what I think I know. I write to dive deeper into topics I’m curious about.

The posts here tend to follow whatever I’m currently digging into: daily driving Linux, self-hosting, software development, occassionally physics. There’s also a TIL section for shorter notes about the things that I learned.
